Your Kingdom Come…what a dangerous and challenging phrase to pray. But this phrase is much more than a prayer to be prayed or a thought to be considered. It is actually the antidote to the problems of our world. If we want to get rid of hatred, slander, gossip, prejudice, racism and any other thing we can list that is wrong with our culture, we must not only pray this way, but also live this way. Living with Kingdom DNA is where the rub begins to make us uncomfortable.
What is this whole Kingdom thing? What role do you and I play in it? Why is it hard to embrace? Our world is waiting for authentic Kingdom people to connect their prayers with their daily living and make a difference. The call to return to being God’s Kingdom people is more important than ever. Why not join the adventure?
