THE GOOD WORK

Each one of us has a good work to do. We may not see it yet, but it’s often right in front of our eyes. For Nehemiah, it was a crumbled wall. For you, it could be an injustice in the world, or a need you see that no one else does. When God calls us to do good, we’ll face opposition. How do you stand strong when you face trials? Let’s learn how to keep our eyes on the prize as we pursue our good work.

PASTOR APPRECIATION MONTH

October is Pastor Appreciation Month. Be sure not to miss Pastor Appreciation Sunday, October 27 as we celebrate our love and support for Pastor Andy.

PARENTS AND KIDS: Please watch for dismissal to appear on the big screen as your signal to head to the back of the Worship area where you will be escorted to the Clark Building. PARENTS: Please plan to pick up your child immediately after Worship in Kid’s Church by showing your security badge.

Begin now to reach out and invite friends, family and co-workers. Our feature movie will be Toy Story 4.

MINISTRY INVOLVEMENT

Volunteer and become an agent of Hope. God is able through the actions of his agents of Hope, to do immeasurably more than anything we could ever hope or imagine. A Hopetimist is one who believes that though the world is not as it should be, God is busy at work making it as it ought to be. Will you embrace Hopetimism by volunteering your time to serve in a ministry? Pick up a listing from the Welcome Center that describes the various ministries available to serve or contact Pastor Andy or the church office.
